As a third generation constructor, he took on, and built upon, the teachings of his father, Luis Girault Esteva, and his grandfather, Luis Girault Esnaurrizar, to create his distinctive style.

When his son, Felipe Girault Rincón Gallardo, came on board, GIRFE took on a new generation of developers prepared to overcome the challenges of a world in constant evolution. This perspective has allowed the firm to anticipate the demands of present life dynamics.

Throughout the years, GIRFE has gone above and beyond to establish itself as a real estate business with thought provoking, practical and compelling designs that exceed the clients’ needs and cater to their wellbeing. They started their developments in Mexico City, but soon expanded to key leisure destinations such as Acapulco, Guerrero and Valle de Bravo, Estado de México.
