The ten-apartment property is set along 100 linear meters of the Acapulco Bay, where the firm developed six 400m2 residences and four luxurious 900m2 condos. Their spacious and well-lit areas captivate the eye its owner who can also spend the day at either of its swimming pools, an oceanfront gazebo or the pier.
Aside from its panoramic views of the bay, which can be admired from any angle at any time, this complex marks the firm’s first project built along the coastline. As most of the practice’s developments, the residential building was constructed with a deep sense of responsibility to the environment. Thus implementing open spaces that allow fresh air to enter the room to reduce the consumption of energy generated by air conditioners.
