The utopian property in Acapulco was coined Villas del Sha due to its historical reference. This five-story building constructed along 120 lineal meters was the beach home of the former Shah of Iran.

Drawing inspiration from its surroundings, the exterior features curved balconies that mirror the ocean’s movement. To reinforce its privileged location, all of the seventeen residences have sliding doors that welcome the sun’s light and outside’s ventilation. The residences ranging from 400m2 to 1,500m2 have been distributed in sets of three apartments per floor and crowned with two two-level penthouses. All of the residences enjoy beautiful shared open areas and feature either a swimming pool or a jacuzzi.
