VASCO DE QUIROGA
The complex features two residential buildings comprising 24 floors at the heart of Mexico City’s Santa Fe district. This project was also a catalyst for further economic growth and development of the area, as it demanded a great deal of engineer work due to the challenging cliff where it stands. The effort resulted in one of the most innovative and interesting scopes of work for the firm.
GIRFE created two types of living spaces. A more demure option entails a 360m2 apartment that shares the level with a second residence of the same size. As far as the more opulent choice, a 700m2 home takes up the entire floor. Regardless of their different proportions, the 72 residences share exquisite views of the city, feature top- of-the-line interior design details and high ceilings, a staple of the practice.
